Child & Family Welfare Foundation is collecting personal and medical data of patients applying for ‘Free Treatment’. They are necessary basic information, needed for evaluation and diagnosing a patient’s treatment. CFWF is sharing such data with the hospital, surgeon and other institutions, which may be involved in the process. CFWF is responsible for keeping logs of a patient’s treatment and medical progress. The data is strictly confidential and will not be shared with third parties. CFWF has the right to file and keep hospital records, medical exam papers and other important documents concerning a patient’s treatment. As with all other information, he same high respect for privacy is applied with each patient.
